Bottle 33 cl. Hopfenjahrgang 2024. Clear golden with a white head. Fresh, floral hop aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet malts paired with lovely floral hops and a very bitter finish. Lovely, hoppy Pils. 201125

2024 Jahrgang Almost no head, metallic copperish-golden, clear beer; not very lively. Very little nose, suggesting sweetness. However, very dry maltflavour until the (modest) aftertaste which sports a metallic bitterness. Retronasal serious hints of canned bamboo, putting it nicely. Light, undercarbonated. Rubbish.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Floral hopfiger, malziger Geruch. Geschmacklich floral hopfig, malzig, schwach getreidig. Leicht süß mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Draft 30cl, poured into a stem glass @Cheers, Graz, Clear pale golden colour, good stable frothy white head, fair lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, light lemon, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and light to medium bitter, malty, bread, light lemon, grass. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, clean and crisp, nice.

getrunken in einem Steak-Restaurant in Linz, als wir vor der Kälte flüchteten als wir auf den Bus warteten. UNd als Vegetarier kann ich sagen, dass es das für mich beste Produkt war, das ich auf der dortigen Karte fand. Es ist ein Pils, von dem ich das erste Mal sagen kann, dass ich es ziemlich sicher wiedererkennen würde. So hat es zwar den klassisch pilsigen, schlanken Körper, aber hinten kommt eine hopfige Note, welche ich bei einem Pils bislang nicht kannte. Diese ist harmonisch verknüpft und man fragt sich, warum das noch keiner kopiert hat. EIn wirklich tolles Bier.
