Our brewers have used the finest seasonal ingredients to lovingly craft an ale that offers an intriguing balance of flavours within a unique, and very special flavour profile. Dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, this red Ale has complex aromas and flavour of tropical and stone fruit, underlined with pine and citrus hop notes and as with all of our Ales, there are no additives and no preservatives. Compass malt is used with the barley sourced from the Murray Mallee region of South Australia.

Gedeeld door Roelzie, geprobeerd als Vintage Ale 2022. Het is een helder koperkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van hop. De smaak is moutig, hoppig en zacht harsig, fruitig en licht bitter.

35,5cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours hazy brownish with a modest, white head. Malty, slightly herbal and fruity with notes of caramel, nuts and yeast. Medium to moderate sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Quite drinkable.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

375ml bottle from RusBeerShop in Moscow. 2020 vintage. Pours opaque brown with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma is dried fruit, caramel, nuts. Taste is light sweet, caramel, tannins, a touch boozey. Light bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle at a tasting, thanks to Wendigo. Med-full body, moderate carbonation. Mostly malty character. Woody, caramelly, rather dry, a bit of astringency. Lightly warm, a bit of alcohol. Good one, drinkable, though nothing great.

Bottle. Malty aroma and taste, caramel, light roasty and cocoa notes, medium bitter. Medium body, malty caramel bitter finish. Ok.
