Our brewers have used the finest seasonal ingredients to lovingly craft an ale that offers an intriguing balance of flavours within a unique, and very special flavour profile. Dry-hopped with Mosaic hops, this red Ale has complex aromas and flavour of tropical and stone fruit, underlined with pine and citrus hop notes and as with all of our Ales, there are no additives and no preservatives. Compass malt is used with the barley sourced from the Murray Mallee region of South Australia.

330ml bottle from Isetan, KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. 2016 vintage. Poured a hazy medium to dark amber colour with a short-lived fizzy off white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light boozy alcohol, red berry fruits, woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich, grainy toffee caramel malt, warm alcohol, fruity, light floral hop bitter palate and a lingering alcohol bitter finish. Original review text: 330ml bottle. 2016 vintage. Poured a murky medium to dark brown colour with a lasting, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is malt, toffee caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a smooth, rich, burnt treacle, light boozy, liqourice, earthy, dry mineral, light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Bottle from Saveur Biere. Vintage 2015. Hazy amber brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dark fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. 210917

Vintage 2015. Strong vinous nose. Hazy medium amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma roasted malts, caramel, nutty notes, raisins. Flavour is medium to light heavy sweet and light to medium bitter, malty, caramel, spicy notes, quite woody. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, roasty, woody and spicy notes, bit boozy. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, nice but still too young, has quite some potential...
