10/9/2022. Bottle at the Vojens GP beer share. From YEME Plnochutné potraviny, Bratislava. Pours clear very dark brown with a small frothy off-white to beige head. Aroma of light roasted malt, dark chocolate, toffee, ash, dark fruits, nut, waxey edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Nice aroma, good looking beer.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear amberbrown colour, good creamy beige head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malts, light roast, caramel, cocoa, coffee. Smooth taste, medium sweet and light to medium bitter, malty, bit roasty, caramel, chocolate, coffee. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, light roastiness continues till the end, solid dark lager, very nice.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown in colour. Nuts, berries and roasted malt feature in both the aroma and the taste. Hints of coffee and blackcurrant too. Quite nice.

330 ml bottle. Dark brown reddish. Mild coffee, dry citrus, toffee, roasted malt, dark bread. Roasty bitterness, malty sweetness. Full to medium bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, dry roasty finish. Nice!

0,33 bottle.The beer was really nice. Deep chestnut brown, mahogany color, with a nice solid brownish-white head, which really looked very good. (both the bottle and the label). Slightly lactosey, creamy cappuccino aroma, coffee, roasted, quite serious for a brown lager. The aroma is reminiscent of porters and stouts, only with less fruitiness. But it still had that. Weak carbonation, more watery than average body. The taste, however, makes you forget about these. Fine, dry, roasted-malt, earthy, coffee, chocolate, and even a little tart, dried fruit. They put everything that is needed in such a beer. Among brown lagers, it is a very good one among the ones I have tasted recently! Recommended!

A sör kifejezetten szép volt. Mély gesztenyebarna, mahagóni szín, szép tömör barnásfehér habbal, ami tényleg nagyon jól nézett ki. (az üveg és címke is). Kissé laktózos, krémes capuccinós illat, kávés, pörkölt, egész komoly egy barna lagertől. Porterekre, stoutokra emlékeztető az illata, csak kevesebb gyümölcsösséggel. Viszont még az is volt benne. Gyenge szénsavasság, közepesnél vizesebb test. Az íze viszont ezeket feledteti. Finom, száraz, pörkölt-malátás, földes, kávés, csokoládés, és még mellette kicsit fanyar, aszalt gyümölcsös is. Ebbe mindent bele tettek, ami egy ilyen sörbe kell. Barna lágerek közt igencsak jó darab a mostanában kóstoltak közül! Ajánlott!

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Secret Summer Santa 2019. Thanks Wendigo! Color is dark brown with small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Bread, grain and malts. Good dark lager.

Pet-bottle from Cuso, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Roast, dark chocolate and licorice in the aroma. Roast and apple syrup in the flavor. Fairly low on carbon. Maybe a bit past its peak.

Bottle from Wendigo. Many thanks! Dark brown colour, beige foam. Nose of caramel, dried fruit, light bitter hops. Easy drinkable. Ok.
