Draught @ Beergeek bar, Prague. Pours hazy dark yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, tart fruit, apricot. Flavor is sweet, light tart, malt, wheat, yeast, tart fruit, apricot. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, light acidic finish. 310717

Vom Fass am Sour Sunday im Stone Brewing Berlin 2017-06 getrunken. Bei dieser Gose ist der Einsatz von Salz und Koriander nicht bemerkbar. Stattdessen steht neben der sehr schön erfrischenden Aprikose mit seine feine Säure auch noch eine spannende Räuchernote, die dem Bier eine spannende Note gibt. Sehr süffig - sehr geiles Zeug!

Hazy blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour are kind of spicy and dusty. Something herbal and medicinal overpowers and otherwise sweet apricot beer.

0.5 l bottle from ’Vormann Brauerei, best before March 2018. Hazy, brownish orange with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately smoky and slightly fruity aroma of smoked ham, apricot, sauerkraut and rhubarb. Sweetish, moderately sour, rather fruity and slightly smoky taste of lots of apricot, sauerkraut, smoked ham and some rhubarb, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly -minerally-salty finish. Medium body, slightly milky and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very interesting, pretty refreshing, more balanced and more of the Gose left compared to the Mango Gose, works way better than I had expected!

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien shared by me. Orange cloudy choke, light white head. smells smoky, earthy, bacon, bit citric. very nice smell. Full body, slick carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes grass, citric, apricot jam, lightly earthy, light bacon. finishes lightly sour with notes of grass, apricot and some earthy notes. very nice one, loved the balance, probably not for everyone’s taste, but I very much liked it. good stuff.

Bottle from Vormann. The beer starts fresh and fruity with lots of sourish Apricots. Very smooth in body, the smoked malts are in the aftertaste, salty with fresh smooth hints. Extreme fruity and soft-mild-sour, easy to drink, the Apricots are round and nice, very dry-sourish and highly drinkable.

Aroma of juicy, fleshy apricots, barnyard, cheese, some citrus.
Taste with loads of sweet-sour apricot juice, peach, citrus, some barnyard, some pears.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, a bit dry, fruity, juicy, with lots of apricot.
Very tasty! This is all about the apricot, juicy, but not too sweet, with a well balanced sourness. Amazing stuff for apricot lovers like me, I could drink this all day.

Sampled @ BKL 2017. Sehr trübes leuchtend goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach salzigen Früchten Aprikosen, leicht säuerlich. Geschmack minimal säuerlich fruchtig, salzig, exotische Früchte, interessant.
