A Jam52 a sörfőzdénk első American Pale Ale söre. A Jam72 amerikai fesztiválos lazulós koncepcióját ültettük át APA stílusra, viszont NEM a Jam72 kevésbé alkoholos verziója. Teljesen más malátát és élesztőt használtunk, valamint a komlóösszetétel is más. A célunk egy krémes kortyérzetű, aromás, könnyen egész estés sörré avanzsáló pale ale volt.
A Jam52 egy maláta-élesztő-komló egyensúlyra törekszik, ahol az egységből egyikük sem lóg ki igazán. A karakteres, testesebb malátásság mellett szamócás komlóaromák és krémesebb kortyérzet jelenik meg.

0.44 l can from Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with little Dina and professor Bekić. Clear golden, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, fruity, tropical purée, passion fruit, vanilla, grainy. Quite a nice balance, nothing stands out. Bitterness there, perfumy,citrusy, fruity. Light body, soft carbonation, light finish.

Can, 0.44l. Cloudy copper pour, one finger frothy white head. Good retention, long lasting head, some lacing on the glass as it goes down. Refreshing on the nose, citruses, grassy notes, pine, ripe fruits. Light to medium body, average carbonation, lively. Average mouthfeel and texture, slightly fizzy, moderately chewy, easily drinkable. Bitter taste with mild sweet notes in the background. Aroma of malt, citruses, peach, pine and ripe fruits. Grassy hops, slightly grainy. Lingering herbal spiciness. Short to medium lasting finish, dry. Not bad but quite average.

ABV: 5.2%. Light cloudy medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hosp, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity hops, pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200509]

Classic "crazy-lab look", nice black box. Its color is opaque, ripe ears. Foam is also nice white solid. It smells wonderful. Fresh exotic-fruity, aromatic, slightly lavender, yet citrusy ... very delicious hops. If it were such chewy, I'd buy this :) I’m not going to detail it, for me it’s a super drinking, fresh APA. Very delicate hop fruity flavors, different at different points on the tongue. It doesn't have to be fuller either. Bravo!!! As "Füles" wrote: A well-put together beer.

Klasszikus örült labor kinézet, szép, fekete doboz. Színe opálos, érett kalász színü. Hab is szép fehér tömör. Illata csodálatos. Friss déli gyümölcsös, aromás, picit levendulás, de mégis citrusos...nagyon finom komlós. Ha ilyen rágó lenne, ezt venném :) Az íze nemkülönben. Nem részletezem, nekem ez egy szuper ivós, friss APA. Nagyon finom komlós gyümölcsös ízek, a nyelv különböző pontján más és más. Ennek testesebbnek sem kell lennie. Bravó!!! Ahogy Füles írta:Jól összerakott sör.

Can from Beermalade. Really basically a no-bullshit classic example of APA. Med-thin body, with only very light caramelly presence, med-high carbonation, med-high bitterness, hops centered with piney resiny citrusy character. Very easy drinking, refreshing. Very good.

Can. Hazy orange color with thick whit ehead. Aroma of moderate citrus hops. Taste, solid malty base with biscuits, followed by moderate hoppy bitterness with oranges, zest. marmalade in finish. Good.
