hazy pale yellow colour,, moderate sized white head; aroma of lemon zesty, coriander, wheaty, grape peel, slight vanilla and earthy notes; taste is similar to the aroma; good one

28/6/2022. Draught at La Birreria Italiana - Milano Piero della Francesca. Pours hazy/cloudy very pale orange yellow with a large fluffy white head. Light and refreshing, nice wheaty, citrus, coriander aroma. Enjoyed this.

Draught at Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fà, Rome. Almost clear, straw colored. AROMA- meadow herbs, coriander, orange peel, wheat, vanilla. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Good.

From tap at Il Santo Bevitore 13.08.21. Translucent pale straw colour. Fine taste of pale malt, moderate hops and some futiness.

On tap at Tap Milano. Cloudy yellow, medium white head. Wheat. Yeasty, malty, some lemon, somewhat bland. Soft texture. Light to medium bodied.

Super classic wit beer. Very mild orange peel. Just light and clean with a good medium body. Very true to style but better than the mass market wits. 3/4 milano

L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il manto superiore non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto trasparente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage e sono spinte da una velocità di ascesa morbida. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio ad equilibrare l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali che permangono sfociano in un finale di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca si depositano indizi di miele e cereali.
