Bottle shared at Hopa, thanks to the BPBW crew for this one. Nose is resinous hops, some bready malts, slightly oxidized. Taste is moderately bitter, showing resinous hops again and some sweeter malts too. Light, pleasantly dry body, average carbonation.

Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is fruity hops with citrus, tropical fruits, pineapple, orange, fruit peel, grass. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter. Body is medium. Citrussy, light dry, nice.

A style that has kind of faded away is Brut IPA joining Black IPA in the forgotten brewer’s toolbox. Edge x Northern Monk Collaboration Pomp & Circumstance 7.7% DDH Brut IPA Clear yellow gold with a soapy off-white head and a fruity pine aroma. The medium to full body starts of slick but ends dry. The fruity pine aroma is joined by woodsy elements and toasted biscuit. Not terribly hoppy at this point but it tastes really good.

RB backlog. Bubble gum, strong pineapple, mango. Light sweet start, a bit tart and mineralic, turns softly dry. Quite delicious. Slick medium body with soft pearly carbonation.

Caña en el Lupulo Feroz Oviedo 06..12.. 2018. (r00). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca. Sabores frescos suave ácido y ligeros afrutados herbáceos lupulados frescos. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber con algo de gas y burbuja fina.. Buena.
