Hazy yellow with little white head. Aroma is lychee, herbs, some butter, forest, tropic fruit. Clean. Taste is very sour but has a long sweet tail. Some dryness in the finish as well. Very round, very nice.

Bottle. Hazy yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, maracuja, some sweatsocks. Taste is more tropical fruits, some crackery malts. Light-bodied. I like, this is underrated!

14-09-16 // bottle from Stumpf Getränkeland. Unfiltered yellow with solid head. Looks like a wit. Taste is somehow yeasty, with hoppy citrus, pine, some grass.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, yellow colour with a blond and firm foamy head of medium size. Citric and slightly grassy hoppy aroma with notes of lemon and grapefruit, mildly pale malty background. Moderately bitter and delicately sour flavour, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry doughy pale malt character with present fruity, mainly citric hops; dry, moderately bitter and slightly tart finish with hoppy notes of citrus, lemon and grapefruit. Likeable summer ale. 13.VIII.16

0.33 l bottle from ’Biermuda’, best before March 2017. Minimally hazy, pale golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Fruity-grassy, minimally herbal aroma of lemongrass, pineapple, lychee and fresh grass. Sweetish, slightly bitter, fruity-grassy taste of pineapple, lemongrass, grapefruit, lychee and fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, grassy, slightly herbal and quite dry finish. Medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice, well-executed and refreshing APA!

*Bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Great floral grassy beginning. Not too sweetish in body, round and intense, lots of pine and grass, intense and fresh floral aftertaste. Great beer - deep, floral and sessionable!
