Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 2. Pours oily black with no head. Rich dark chocolate aroma, light espresso, moderate roast. Medium to big sweet flavor with lots of dark sugars, strong roasted malts, bitter cocoa, some earth, burnt toast. Full bodied with fine carbonation and oily texture. Lightly warming on the finish with more sturdy roast, light char, rich chocolate. Condition could be better but overall it’s great beer.
