0,1l from tap at Ammutson. Clear yellow color, small white head. Smells spices, peppery, bit buttery, grass, earthy. Nice smell. Light body, soft carbonation. Tastes spices, peppery, grassy, tobacco, earthy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of peppery, grass and spicy notes. Quite nice one, good to drink

Bottle at De Bierkoning in Amsterdam. Golden a bit unfiltered, persistent white foam. Aroma smells of herbs a bit, Mediterranean herbs, grains. Mouth is sessionable, hay, herbs (origano). Peculiar and tasty.

Tastes similar, with a bit more sweet notes.
Medium, creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, moderate rustic, medium sweet, yeasty, doughy, bready, citric, floral, grainy, with some fruits.
Nice one. Smooth and balanced, with well dosed yeasty, rustic and sweet notes. A quite straight Saison, nothing special, but really quaffable.
