Tap at Monyo. Deep ruby colour, off-white head. Nose is super sour with notes of cabbage and fairly fruity-tart, too. In taste it’s incredibily sour and there’s some cabbage again. It closes with long lasting sour finish, has light body and average carbo. Exciting, but way too sour to my liking.

Bottle courtesy of Midovark, shared with Fil&co. Thanks! Murky brown body, tiny off white head. Sharp aroma, oxidised berries, sticky, treacle, just odd. Cranberry, soapy taste, before a huge sourness, lean too, definitely touches of yogurt as well. Interesting stuff, tasting better than it smells. Gotta appreciate the randomness of it all!

Smoky, loads of cranberries, roasty. Really sour! Dries up! Tasty!

Bottle 330ml. @ [ Tasting ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House.[ As Reczer Ser / MONYO Collabrew Series: Csikar ].ABV: 4.5%. Murky medium to dark purple brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, cranberry, glue - tart, wood - oak, red cabbage, grapes, wine. Aroma is really odd ! Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart berry, oak, wood, yogurt, red cabbage, dry, cranberry, grapes - berries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190319] 6-2-7-3-13
