750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a pretty monolithic oak character upfront, with some rustic yeast, and a touch of funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of oak upfront, with rustic saison yeast, and light barnyard funk. Oaky, funky finish. Excellent.

750 ml bottle poured into a teku. 2018. Clear golden yellow with quick fading off-white head. Aromas of oak, vinegar, stone fruit, funk. Tastes of tart notes, oak, vinegar, white wine, stone fruit. Light body with a dry finish. Great steal for $13.

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is apple skin, funk, oak, lemon zest. Thin body, tart apple, oak, light funk, crushable, very nice.
