16 oz. Aroma is grassy, lightly floral, crackery. Pours clear golden with a two finger bleach white head with excellent retention. Taste has a moderate to high herbal hop bitterness and just a little crackery malt character.

On tap at DeCicco’s & Sons in Bedford, NY. Honey gold color. Small creamy white head. Bready, grainy malt aroma. Flavor is earthy, grainy malt. Spicy, toasty notes. Clean and crisp with herbal hop notes. Some spiciness on the backend. Spot on for the style. Delicious.

Pint can from Wine Warehouse, 6/26/22. Hazy amber, large white head, good retention. Aroma of herbal, Noble hops, pale malt. Taste is bready malt, intensely herbal hop, lemon. Crisp, lingering bitterness.

Clear pale straw body, thick, puffy off-white head leaving curtains of lacing. Nose grassy-lemony with herbal bitterness. Body nutty-cerealy-grassy with modest lemony tartness and a nice bite. Dry on balance. Very good.
