16 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 7/2/019. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense spotty foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, pear, red apple, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. A bit too fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice aromas with good balance of pale malts and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with big strength. Taste of big lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, wood, peppercorn, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of pale malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Very clean on lager flavors with minimal fruity/yeasty notes. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Slight lingering resins through the glass. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a delicious Czech pilsner. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malts and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, refreshing, and fairly crisp to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Great soft feel, not aggressive or watery for the ABV. Great clean pils malt showcase, and noble hop presence/balance for the style. Mild residual sweetness with lingering crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressively well made style example.

Draft at 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clear straw color with a full 2 fingers of white foam that lingers. Bready malt nose with a touch of butter and grassy hops. Medium body, herbal hops, peppercorn and bread. Touch of lemon zest and more peppercorn on the finish. Great from top to bottom.

16oz can labeled as Resilience from CBC H Street pours a clear gold with some white head that was frothy, then faded. Nose is right on point, corn, yeast, white dough, grains, very fresh smelling. Flavor has a little metal finally, under baked white bread, honey, grains, a little lemon. Finishes medium bodied, lightly creamy. Close your eyes and you could be drinking this in Prague. 7 4 7 4 14

Pours clear bright gold into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Sourdough and hay aromas. Soft with sweet hay and biscuit upfront turning to mild bitter earth in the lasting finish.
