Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear straw gold color with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Lovely crackery malt aromas with some bread, yeast and light grassy hop notes. Very light body, but with some crackery malt backbone that is present. Smooth and crisp with some light grassy bitterness, lemon zest and white peppercorn. Straightforward but hits the spot with my dinner.

Highly drinkable, if not very complex. Gentle pale malt sweetness leads to a lemon and white bread middle and a grassy, mildly bitter floral finish. Straightforward, almost to a fault. Again, it's a drinkable pils, but nothing memorable.

2 month old pint can A: Clear pale straw yellow with very active carbonation feeding a thin white head. Short retention S: Pungent herbs hay and grass over dry toasted bread. T: A sweet biscuity bread note quickly overtaken by lightly bitter green herb noble hops. Lingering bitterness melds well into the carbonation tingle. M: Light, thin and very effervescent. Highly refreshing and crushable. O: A bit more bready malt flavor would fill it out but this is a good simple pils. Excellent candidate for a 16 oz. can.
