From tap at NOLA Brewing, New Orleans. Aroma is bretty with oak, grapes, red wine, very funky, some bready malt, dry hopped for extra nuance. Flavour is light sourish and mild bitter with a dry finish. Body is medium. Quality wine BA Wild Ale, lots of intriguing brett, more Wild Ale than Pale Ale.

Bottle shared. Pours a most clear honey gold with a bit of activity on the top, but no real foam to speak of. Strong passion fruit aroma with toasted oak and light melted plastic notes. Passion fruit rind, vanilla, oak and gooseberry on the palate. Kind of a slick and oily texture on the palate. On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is floral and resin. Medium body, brett, citrus, light bitterness, very good.

A hazed golden amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of Brett, ground cherries, funk, Orval beauty, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity malt with light green apples, Brett, light lactic notes and cork, very smooth and complex. Bottle actually leaked 3/4 content in my suitcase on the plane... Probably a ill fitting cap... Still a beautiful sour ale.

Hazy light tan with a frothy head. Nose is mostly brett, but with a fair bit of galaxy as well. Sweet, just with some brett character and the galaxy shows a touch in the finish.
