Can without any date coding. Thanks going to tfontana on this can! Flavor has weak grapefruit upfront with a bready malt backbone. Plenty of astringent blood orange in the finish that lasts well beyond the sip. Blood orange and grapefruit clash.

Can shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Thanks Shane! Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Caramel, bready malt and blood orange aromas on the nose with some booze as it warms. Bitter, blood orange pith and zest on the palate with more caramel and pine. Bitter, resinous finish with some blood orange / lime tart notes and more bitter pith.

Can pour into shaker pint glass from the brewery. Appearance is cloudy yellow-orange with trace sparkle, 1/2-finger width of fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is wheat/grain, more tart than sweet orange. Taste is moderately strong, dominant tart over sweet orange with latter half cracker and bitter with very late hint of grapefruit. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and dry finish with hint of sweet but mainly bitter. Overall, not the biggest fan of blood orange, so this wasn't likely to be a huge hit with me. And, that's pretty much how it played out. I think it's well crafted, though not much there beyond the blood orange.
Super blood orange. Bloody bitter blood orange and grapefruit notes. Great nose but too much bitter citrus for my tastes.
