Pours clouded orange from bottle. Pumpkin cinnamon blending to citrus hops finish. Not bad.

Bottle at home. Aroma is tons of pumpkin ale spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, grainy malt, leaves. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Body is medium. Not much of an IPA, pretty much straight up pumpkin ale with a little more bitterness in the flavour.

330ml bottle at home. Pours lightly hazed amber with a beige head. Aroma: sweet-ish, pumpkin, cloves, cinnamon buns. Taste: light to moderate sweet, light bitter, cloves, cinnamon & yet more cinnamon, herbal, a little pine. Bittersweet finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Spices overdone, it's an unbalanced mess

Bottle (thanks marduk). Pours amber, somewhat gusher. Aroma is clove, pumpkin, , some sugar. Flavor is sweet and bitter, spices, clove, sugar, citrus. Finish is sugary and bitter. Overall: drinkable.

Keg at Brewdog Shepherds Bush, London. A hazy amber coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Pumpkin, spice, caramel on the nose. Tastes similar, pumpkin, spice, caramel.

A dark orange, a head is big and blond. Aroma has strong spicyness, ginger, sour orange, also some citrus and caramel. Quite balanced even the strong spicyness. Taste has same spices than in the aroma, some fruitness, pumpkin, strong body, nice bitterness to balancing. Medium+ bodied, nicely smooth. Good beer, dominating spicyness but that’s not all.

Bottle 12fl.oz. [ As Flying Dog The Gourd Standard ].Clear medium yellow - orange amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, pumpkin - pumpkin spices, moderate hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pumpkin - pumpkin spices, caramel, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Must admit that the combination IPA and pumpkin (spices) did not do the job for me at all :( [20161112] 5-3-5-3-7
