The wheel of cosmic process perpetually turns as our sour blonde ale awakes from oaken slumber to become itself again through a metamorphic encounter with passionfruit. Tropical fruit flavors are balanced with notes of vanilla, mild funk and gentle acidity. May your cup be ever filled with Perceptual Passion.

Bottle with many thanks to Pedro. Pour is a fizzled orangey gold with aromas of phenol (wtf?), apricot/nectarine, tart and funky notes. Flavor doesn’t get any of that jet fuel that comes through in the nose. Instead it is a flat, but very pleasant sour.

On draught at Bob's Bar. This brew is a clear yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of pineapple, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of funky brett yeast, tart tropical fruits, vinous oak and doughy malt. The finish is tart and dank with a pineapple and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish straw gold with a full 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Big passion fruit forward nose with slight grain and pithy aromas. Big tartness up front but as it warms up the passion fruit notes really stand out loudly. Smooth and easy drinking. More passion fruit that lingers on the finish with some pithy citrus bitterness.
