Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy dark amber colored brew with an slightly dry bitter taste and hints of spices and some fruits.

0.33 l bottle from ’Sterk Avondverkoop’, best before October 2016. Clear, golden amber with a huge, frothy, stable (almost growing), white head. Sweetish-fruity, yeasty-spicy aroma of clove, peach, bubblegum and some marzipan. Sweetish, yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity taste of peach, clove, bubblegum, some marzipan and licorice, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, yeasty-spicy and dry finish. Medium body, spritzy and effervescent mouthfeel, very lively carbonation. Rather sweet for a Saison, leans towards a BSA. Tasty nevertheless, carbonation is again too high (likely one of their older batches).

Draft at Hoppy Days. Pours very hazy amber with a medium off white head. Aroma of the strawberry icecream hop (tm), vanilla and bubblegum. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. [ As De Naeckte Brouwers Noorderlicht ].Gusher !!! Clear medium amber color with a huge, speaking, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel - pale malt - wheat, leather notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet caramel - yeast, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150619]

Bottled@fonefan. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some fruits, mild yeast and spices. Flavour is very much similar. Kind of sweetish spiced, but still mellowly wooden aftertaste. Gusher warning.

33 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg.
A total gusher. Aroma has some butter and toffee. Also mild malty tones. Flavour has some menthol-like hops, toffee and butter. Ok stuff but nothing much.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Major gusher. Clear dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity, yeasty and berries. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High carbonation. 190615

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, nuts, caramel, malt and hops. Sweet finish.
