Can shared at Ellipsis Brewing. Pours cloudy dark yellow color with white head. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit. Grapefruit rind flavor with some mango and bready malt. Medium body with average carbonation.

Very big, very juicy, very Bearded Iris. Grapefruit, papaya, mango, cantaloupe, chive, earth and pine, with a mineral-resin bitterness on the finish and the slightest tinge of a crackery malt base. Only real flaw is the texture--boozy and mildly astringent, the pint grows rather harsh in the fade. Otherwise, another tasty BIDIPA.

Draft at Bearded Iris. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Huge citrus and mango forward nose with some pineapple & peach as it warms. Smooth on the palate with more citrus notes abound. Good carbonation. Light pine on the finish to balance everything out. Solid.
