Bomber. Bottled a little over three months ago. Aroma has notes of chocolate, caramel, coconut, wood, licorice. Pours black with a thin dark tan head that falls pretty quickly into a ring. Taste is highly sweet with a moderate to highly bitter edge. Tastes like boozy dark chocolate and caramel; a note of sherry. Pretty rich and boozy, but not bad. Probably would be better after sitting for a few more months or a year or so.

0,66l bottle at home. Vintage 2018. black color, very small dark coffee colored head. smells wood, bourbon, vanilla, marzipan, touch boozy. very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes of berry notes, bourbon, vanilla, light cherries, marizpan, nutty, light boozy, coconut. finishes very balance with a light booziness and notes of marzipan, coconut and some vanilla. lovely, bit on the boozy side, but very nice flavours, love the berry (cherry) notes that come through, very nice one overall, might benefit from a bit longer in the cellar though.

650 ml bottle, 2018 vintage, shared by Werckmeister, thanks! Pitch black, oily body, with a small, creamy, dark beige head. Aroma of bourbon barrel, melting dark chocolate, cocoa, tobacco, coffee, coconut, some soy sauce, some dried fruits, some booze. Tastes similar, while boozier. Full, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes medium dry, medium roasty, a bit sweet, wooden, with bourbon, cocoa powder, tobacco, coffee, dark chocolate, some soy sauce. Very tasty. Heavy and boozy, but so rich and complex, with thick layers of dark malts and barrel notes. Great stuff for sure, while I prefer it a bit less boozy. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 17

2018 bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo share. Pours a full black with a finger of beige foam that lingers. Big roasted coffee and malt aromas with fudgey chocolate and vanilla bourbon notes. Medium body, good texture. Smooth and rich with more roasted malt character that sits next to the bourbon barrel notes well-balanced. Not overly sweet.
