Refrigerated 0.5 L 2025 bottle poured into a glass. Opaque black with very small light brown head. Aroma is bourbon & fudge, thick body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is fudge, bourbon, with a little rye. One of the thickest beers I have had.

500ml bottle, 2024 vintage. Rich caramel malt aroma with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, orange, pecan, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours inky black with a nearly nonexistent mocha brown head that has no retention or lacing. Starts with rich caramel malt, chocolate, pecan and roasted malt flavors as well as having rich, full body and luxuriously decadent slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes incredibly smooth with orange, vanilla, bourbon and oak flavors. Decadent and quite delicious. Excellent!

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a dark brown foamy head with some retention and some light lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some cinnamon and vanilla and nice bourbon barrel notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt notes with some cinnamon and vanilla notes with some nice bourbon barrel notes. Body is full with good carbonation with light discernible alcohol notes. Nice pastry stout with great balance to maintain good drinkability.

Bottle at share. Near black pour , relatively flat. Aroma is rich, whiskey, coffee, burnt toast and mild sweetness. Taste is more of the thick black roasty body with elements of vanilla and coconut. Very boozy.

650ml bottle. Roasty, dry and earthy with loads of rye, bourbon, some vanilla, coffee, chocolate and cocoa. Quite heavy on the rye notes.

Finally got to try regular 'Noche! Pour black, with a thin, brown ring. The nose is coffee, dark cacao, molasses, and a bit of soy sauce. Sweet and syrupy, with a hard, aggressive bitterness. Very heavy body, with a sticky, thick mouthfeel. This is an assertive, delicious stout. Quality!

Bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours motor oil with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong barrel, licorice, oak, roasted malts. Slick body, roasted malt, licorice, dark chocolate, bourbon, wood, char, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
