On tap at Fermentoren Copenhagen, post-CBC. Orange pour with an off-white head. Dank, with notes of caramel, funky cheese, orange and subtle tropical fruit.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt red color with a one finger white to off white foamy head that dissipated within about thirty seconds leaving some light lacing speckling around the glass.
The smell had some caramel malts with a slight sweet fruit surrounding it.
The taste was moderately sweet with a light bitter edge of the citrus fruit rind.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed good for the style and for me leaving a semi-creamy effect coating my tongue.
Overall, this was a pretty good Amber/Red ale that I would have again.

Keg at the Black Swan, CPK, 02/05/15. Lightly hazed orange amber with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is caramel malt, red berry notes, brown bread. Taste comprises caramel, biscuit, light spice, brown sugar, light berry fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

From old notes. From tap at Copenhagen Olfestival 2012. Golden orange color with off white head. Hoppy citrusy fruity and malty caramel aroma. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation
