Taste comprises bitter lemon juice, tangy cherry skins, balsa wood, light funk, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering. Ok Linner.

Tallboy can from Varsity. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a slight rose tint and finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Light lambic-like kriek notes on the nose with a touch of wheat & gooseberry. Lightly tart, w/ salt, wood and slight lingering cherry note. Nice, but would like a bit more cherry to come through.
