Growler: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a huge white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and tropical fruit notes with huge dank and floral undertones is just incredible. Taste is an incredible mix of dank and tropical fruit notes with some citrusy floral, subtle residual sugar with no discernible bitterness. Body is full with nice creamy texture and good carbonation. World-class beer.

Nice creamy longlasting head. Aroma is mild fresh grassy, moss, leafs, fresh hops, citrus peel, pine needles, dried fruits, lawn. Taste is slightly fresh grassy, lawn, bark, minerals, pine needles, hops, hay, leafs, soil, soap, moss. Longlasting bitterness, dry grassy mouthfeel. Nice.

Can. Awesome juicy Galaxy nose, pineapple, orange juice, weed. Cloudy ass looks like pineapple juice. Resiny, tropical fruit, herbal flavor is just out there. They really milk everything out of this hop. Fascinating.

Can Cozy petroleum, melon, kiwi rootbeer aroma. Milky yellow, white lacing cream. Chewy dry, creamy foamy, minimally mealy mouthfeel. Broad hoopy hoppy flavouring, tropicals, kiwi, melons, ground up toucans, grapes, light spicy. Dry, lightly astringent, green stickiness just lurking. Very grassy aftertaste. Dry, almost moreish.

Can, canned on 5/14, consumed on 6/7, many thanks Brennan! Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is super intense grapes, tropical fruits, a tiny touch mealy. Taste is grapes, tropical fruits, milky, kiwi, biscuity body, a tiny bit refreshing hop bite. Juicy and a bit chewy mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Wow, this totally blows Trillium out of the water! Best IIPA I've ever had.

Pours a slightly murky, light pineapple-yellow, with minimal head. Aroma of tropical fruit, melon, citrus. Flavor is tropical fruit, mango, cantaloupe, fairly sweet, building to a finish with fairly bitter, pine/spruce hops. Really good beer.

Thanks Virby44 for sharing the can! Poured into a pilsner glass showing very hazy light yellow showing sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of juicy papaya. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Strong forward flavours of papaya and juicy papaya until the finish.

Growler 750ml. w. swing top @ [ Scooper Tasting ], Ulfborg, Denmark. [ As Hill Farmstead Double Galaxy ].Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, fruity hops, licorice hops, moderate tropical fruit - peach. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, licorice hops, grapefruit, cotirs, fruity hops, pale malt, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. @Ulfborg Scooper. Growler. Cloudy light orange, small white froth. Juicy citrus aroma, pine, pineapple, light notes of fennel. Similar flavour, so juicy with perfectly balancing bitterness. Just perfectly drinkable.

Growler. Unclear dark yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, earthy and fruit peel. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, citrus, fruit peel, earthy, little peach, medium sweet and medium bitter.
