Interprétation libre de la Gose, bière de blé de fermentation lactique brassée avec une eau légèrement saline, la Tamarindo embrasse le palais d’arômes fruités singuliers qui évoquent le Saké. Cette blonde voilée, très rafraîchissante et plutôt sèche, assume une acidité mordante qui pince la langue, accompagnée d’un léger picotement salin. Le tamarin, petit fruit acidulé, ajoute ici les notes citronnées propres au style, généralement conférées par la coriandre.

Appearance: clear yellow color with a two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sour-ed wheat, lemon, salt, acidic citrusy tones and some grassy sweetness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together semi-sour with a bright tartness and subtle sweetness in the underneath; no aftertaste
Texture: light bodied, somewhat sessionable; the tart character is there but not invasive to the tongue; finishes crisp with fairly nice sour-ed wheat kick
Overall: nicely done Gose I would definitely come back to this in warmer weather.

11.2 ounce bottle from Vintage Estate. 10/22/22. Hazy orange, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of tamarine, apple, citrus. Taste is apple, tamarind, citrus. Tart. Interesting, very juicy.

Hazy blonde. On the nose, a slightly plasticy yeast note, touch of tamarind. On the palate, a tart, wheaty character with light tamarind. Ok, relatively simple but decent.

355mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Nose is very effervescent, with a cohesive mix of citrus, light lacto, tamarind and some salt. Flavour is likewise extremely refreshing, with a wonderful blend of salt, citrus, lacto and tamarind. Now this is a nice gose - nice touch with the tamarind, without being dominated by it. Nicely citric, appropriate salt content, and very cohesive. Very good.

341 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with moderate head. Aromas of papery wheat and salt. Flavors of lemons and salty wheat. Can't really get any tamarind. Just a standard Gose. Nice enough though.

Bottle from La Fringale du Monde. Pale gold with a slight haze under a small white head. Nose is yeast, salt, light citrus and green apple with a hint of pepper. Light sweet with a tart middle and light salt in the finish. Mouth is medium- with active carbonation and a dry finish. Nice Gose with a pronounced tartness that i wouldn't have recognized as tamarind. 7/3+/8/3+/14+
