12 oz can. Hazy pale gold color with a large white head and very good retention. Clean and crisp taste yet a slightly flat mouthfeel, Closer to a pale lager than a golden ale. Light body and lightly sweet taste.

Can shared at au revoir tokyo at Gremlin. Thanks Gregg! Light grainy crackery malt nose with some faint lemon in the background. Crisp and clean and light on the palate. A bit simple, but nice and dry, crisp finish.

On tap at Hopcat A2. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is straw forward with earthy grains and a bit of biscuit supporting. Flavor is similar with a combination straw and earthy grain that has a touch of sweetness.

12 ounce can into pint glass, no can dating. Pours lightly hazy bright golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of pale malt, fruity yeast, and earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, biscuit, and and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn good robustness and balance of pale malt, fruity yeast, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness after the finish as well. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/bready/sticky mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a damn nice American blonde ale style. All around great balance and robustness of pale malt, fruity yeast, and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and clean to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Can. Hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Light aroma of corn, wet straw, toasted and raw grain. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Taste of grain, corn, biscuit. Hint of honey.
