Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Bottle at home. Aroma is dark malt, some chocolate, hint of mocha, some smoke and coffee. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. I didn’t get much American hop aroma, but the malts carry this beer. Very clever, I approve of this use of leftover brewing ingredients.

Bottle [thanks to RW80] @ home. Brown color, average sized light brown color that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, daark malts, lightly smoked malts, light roast, malt bitter, slightly liquorice in the background. A bit fizzy carbonation, decent body. Hmm not bad for a leftover brew.

Bottled 330ml (Gastropub Tuulensuu). Dark murky brown color, huge brownish-beige head. Aroma has menthol, grass and veggies. Medium-bodied. Light coffeeish, toasted flavor. Some caramel, yeasty vegetables notes. Meh.

Bottle from Biernavigatie. Dark amber colour, white foam. Sweet malty nose, some caramel, also bitter and grassy hoppiness. Well balanced, Bit thin but not bad.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 12/2016, at Gastropub Tuulensuu, 20151230) The beer poured black. Its head was quite large and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and ash. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, liquorice, ash, sweetness, grass and bitterness . Aftertaste had ash and bitterness. A nice ashy brew.

33cl bottle. Pours dark brown colour with a very big tan head, over carbonated. Aroma of dark roasted malt, caramel, some smoke. Taste of roasted malt, chocolate, some coffee and smoked malt, okay!

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of light roast, overripe dark fruits, raisins, licorice and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate fizzy carbonation.

330 ml. bottle @ Bierspeciaalcafe De Paas. Post-Borefts 2015. Day 2. Kliekjesbier, made of left ofver malts (10 different kinds) & hops. Pours dark brown, collapsing mocha head. Nose is weird powdery mocha, herbal, licorice, hoppy, messy but not bad. Taste is powdery mocha, fizzy, caramel, powdery mocha, light roasted malts, bitter hops & some licorice in the finish. Rather fizzy. Unsurprisingly messy, tastes a bit like a half-way attempt at a porter & BIP. Messy but not bad.

@Bfgm15, Collab met de 7 Deugden, waarbij er 10 verschillende moutsoorten en een mix aan Amerikaanse hopsoorten zijn gebruikt, (die anders zouden zijn weggegooid...).. dat laatse is dan weer jammer... hier nemen jullie ons restafval maar :(... biertje schonk zwart met minimale licht kaki kraag. Aroma van koffie, chocolade, gebrande en geroosterde mouten. Smaken zijn matig bittertje, matig zoet, redelijk aan de droge kant qua mondgevoel, vanille en ik moet heel eerlijk zeggen... ’t zijn gewoon goede smaken.... rest spul of niet... matige tot redelijk body, lage co2, iets beperkt qua complexiteit maar ben zeker niet ontevreden..
