Bottle. Oak, dust and peach in the aroma. Thin. Oak, vanilla and peach in the slightly dusty flavor. Bourbon notes are not too obvious. Interesting beer, but lacks balance.

Several years old, no idea why I didn't open this a lot sooner. Almost clear gold, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, smooth and with decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, thin cream, trace of oxidised caramel. Light orange and lemon, Good floralness. Touch of dried fruits. Light finish. Bourbon? Where? Has held up reasonably well but I remember having this fresh and it was a lot more tart.

Hazy dark golden color with a off white head on top. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Pleasant acidity. Yeast, fruity and herbal/grassy flavor.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is funk and peaches. Medium mouth, strong peach, light barrel character, decent.

Bottled, thanks koelschtrinker! Cloudy golden, lively head. Fruity nose with peach and oak. Dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Peach, butter, vaillaish oak dominates. Light and refreshing with quite deep and unusual character. Very interesting!

Bottle courtesy of AndySnow. Pours very hazy pale yellow with a big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is sweet and fruity with buttered wheat crackers, fresh peaches, vanillin, dried apricots, hay, dry soil and hints of bourbon and coconut milk. Taste is slightly sweet and fruity with wheat crackers, peach skins, dry soil, hay, leather, charred wood, fresh peaches, dried apricots and hints of bourbon, buttery wood and piña colada. Mouthfeel is soft, round and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and fruity with buttered crackers, peaches, dried apricots, dry soil, hay, coconut milk and hay. Very special...
