We teamed up with our friends at Foeder Crafters to build a custom oak tank for this collaboration. A golden ale matured for over a year in our American oak foeder with wild yeasts and bacteria before conditioning on passion fruit and peaches.

Poured at SP Invitational out of a mini foeder. Cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is strong passionfruit, peach flesh, funk, oak. Thin body, strong passionfruit, juicy peach, funk, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Another tasty wild ale from Yazoo's ETF, a tangy, bright, uber-citric sour that evolves nicely as it warms, allowing subtle passion fruit and peach to emerge on the back end, leading to a yeast-laced fruity fade. Oak and vanilla round out the aggressive sourness, while a tiny hint of overripe peach sweetness peaks through the yeast and citrus. Pours a hazy gold with a brief white head and spotty lacing. Killer nose offers up fresh peach, passion fruit, and yeast. Sparkly feel helps dissipate the brutal tart front. Nice pint.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a thick, viscous, opaque gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates to a ring. Peach, orange juice, tropical fruit salad nose. Very vibrant nose. Juicy mouth feel, passion fruit juice all the way. Literally fruit juice. Restrained tartness is restrained with a lingering tropical fruit skin bitterness. Fantastic sour.
