Canned 10/24/24, drunk 1/23/25.
Heavily hazy, drab brass-bronze. Large, off-white head, collapsing steadily to nothing.
Peach, sultana figs, bit of potpourri, plentiful yeast and rich, honey-like malt. Perhaps, not the most intricately complex, but the notes it provides are intense, clear and true. No twang/chalk/pith/alcohol.
Rich and malty, soft and juicy with fig, rum, golden raisin and varied spice. An incredibly unique DIPA, not following most of the usual patterns of hopping, it seems. Has some barleywine-esque influences (or at this age, it does), yet is never sweet, syrupy, or flabby. Excellent bitterness, and just waves of unending flavor. But the rich, supple, soft, comforting texture is the real standout, I think.

amazing mangos, OJ bright and beautiful. Nice light hop burn, tons of OJ light body. Light medium bitterness juicy. I actually prefer the regular version over this.
