Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear copper with a huge head of foam that dissipates quickly. Prune and bread aromas dominate. Heavy and filling with a sweet sticky pudding character. More prunevand fall fruit. Sweet and cloying.

Solid marzen, creamy and bursting with abundant malt goodness. Packs in loads of caramel and toffee, yet never grows overly sweet, instead gaining a buttered bread streak on the back end offset by toasted nuts and a mild hop bitterness. Modest lager esters provide hints of red delicious and black cherry, while the finish layers in yeast and floral notes for needed depth. Pours a lovely dark orange with a moderate head and mild lacing. Aroma's packed with marzen joy, rich malts and roasted nuts on top of apples and yeast. Smooth texture's almost a little too creamy--a tad undercarbonated--but still drinkable as all hell. Autumn in a pint glass.
