Kyuri Dragon is our wild collaboration with Chef Brooke Williamson featuring hand picked ingredients for a Southeast-Asian inspired flavor. Aged in oak barrels with cucumbers, dragonfruit, kaffir lime leaf, and lychee with rambutan, Kyuri Dragon is a tart and citrusy experience for those who enjoy a wildly traditional pucker.

Bottle pour enjoyed at Bruery Terreux, Anaheim. Golden pour, bright, slight cloudiness. Warned about a pickle flavor, I didnt back down, and I'm kinda glad it was there. Really interesting brew. Cool cucumber, soft dill, tart melon fruit to balance, and avoid any aggressiveness. Easy drinking brew. Fun stuff.

375 ml thanks to Adam & Heather for the share. The aroma smells just like my mothers cucumber salad she used to make years ago in the summer time. Flavor has plenty of cucumber, light vinaigrette, subtle onion, and lychee fruit. Gosh damn, that is bizarre!

375 split 3 ways. very pale yellow. no sediment. smells horrible. cucumbur salad and vinegar. loads of vinegar flavor, cherries, wheat, citrus. no thanks. very light beer though.

Bottle shared at Andrew's B-Day Bash. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of foam that lingers. All cucumber on the nose with some mild pickle and light tropical fruit flesh notes. More cucumber water on the palate, mineral-like carbonation with light lime leaf notes. Very refreshing.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours a hazy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is strong cucumber, lime zest, pepper, oak. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, acidic, puckering sour, very good.

32 oz crowler poured into a teku glass, underfilled due to the keg kicking so probably around 16-20 oz. Free crowler though! Filled and consumed on 3/31/2018. Slightly hazy golden orange with no head. Aromas of cucumbers, pickles, white wine vinegar, tropical fruit, a little oak. Tastes of tart tropical fruit, citrus, pickles, cucumbers, tart acidic notes. Light body with a dry finish. Tasty and unique.
