Een heerlijk fris bijzonder witbier van tarwe- en pilsmout. Lichte citrus en koriander. Krachtiger en aromatischer dan andere witbieren.

Sampled draft @ De Bekeerde Suster. Very hazy milky citrus, creamy bit white head. Nose is milky cereal, candy, overly sweet white sugar, bad cereal, caramel, tad moldy. Taste is milky, bad cereal like their other beers, cornflakes, milky, moldy dough, white sugar. Unpleasant milky body, strange & overly sweet. Not a fan but best one out of the 4 that I tried there.

0.15 l on tap at De Bekeerde Suster. Hazy, very pale, straw yellow with a creamy, white head. Sweetish, yeasty-fruity aroma of banana, vanilla and some citrus. Sweetish, yeasty-fruity taste of banana, vanilla, honeydew and some citrus, followed by a short, sourish and slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, slightly creamy and smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation. A bit thin but quite nice.

Draught @ Bekeerede Suster. Rated on 23.06.2015
Aroma is rather mild with citrus and sweetish candy tones. Flavour is musty with citrus, flour, hay, mild worty notes. Finishes with mild hops. Watery and a bit leathery with gooseberry bush leaves. Cleanish but still not refreshing.

Draught (Bekeerde Suster, Amsterdam) - Hazy golden in colour, reminiscent of pineapple juice. Lemon, coriander and pineapple feature prominently in both the aroma and the taste.

Sampled @ Bekeerde Suster. Opaque hazy pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, lightly yeast, a hint of citrus, some banana, a little sweet with a soft finish of herbs or spices. Low carbonation, average body. Tastes more like a weizen to me but it’s ok.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy to murky yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is estery and light spiced. Mild citrusy and herbal, estery. Mild sweet initial, more dry estery into the finish. Dry and estery finish. Somewhat bitter into the far finish.

From tap at Beiaard. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Coriander, yeasty and wheat aroma. Slight rubber flavoured. Solid estery and phenolic notes joined with a touch of oranges and banana, yet with a small coriander spice touc. Not my thing.
