Falls City Hipster Repellant IPA is an American India Pale Ale. This beer used to be cool! A piney and citrusy hop character is nicely balanced by a caramel and toffee malt base. An extra dose of Citra hops was added for dry hopping to give this beer a character that will outlast any trend!

Keg at Doc Crow’s - Louisville. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Pale bread in the nose, light tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with more pale, bready malts, soft piney bitterness, orange, tangerine. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with just a touch of resin, pine, orange rind, lightly toasted pale malts. Tasty IPA, but a bit simple.

Bottle thanks to NeoHippie2.Pours hazy dark yellow with large foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, medium carbonation, citrus taste with hoppy bitterness at the end, medium bitter finish. Not a very hoppy IPA, the Citra is quite evident.

bottle - Pours lightly hazy copper with a one finger off-white head. It has an aroma of citrus and resinous malt. The flavor is, as expected, pretty big on the hops bitterness. Mild citrus and a hint of pine and caramel round it out. It’s fairly good.
