Draft - Lots of ginger and spice. Deep Amber with a nice beige head. Lots of different spices, ginger prominent and a long finish. Not too strong, but still not great.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with small creamy white head. The aroma is spice and bready malt. Thin mouth, spice, cinnamon and nutmeg, watery finish, decent.

Draught at Moylans. Almost clear copper liquid with small to medium light tan head. Aroma of caramel, toast, ginger, spices and cardamom. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of ginger, cinnamon and toast. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Meh.

Draft at the brewery tap. Pours clear amber with a lasting off-white cream cap. Los of wintery spices in the nose, some gingerbread. Light to medium sweet flavor with toasty bread, more gingerbread, nutmeg, orange peel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with more holiday spices, subtle fruits, gingerbread. What I would expect. Not bad.
