Cumulus is a 100% Barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout absolutely jammed packed with 450+ pounds of toasted coconut flakes and over 9 pounds of Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla beans. And this year’s batch is even better and more over the top. Cumulus overflows with aromas and flavors of coconut, rich milk chocolate, brownie batter caramel, marshmallow fluff and Bourbon. 2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours thick almost black with a small tan coloured head. Aroma of milk chocolate, wood, roasted malt, bourbon, vanilla, dark drinking chocolate. Medium sweetness, light to moderate roasted bitterness. Full body, sticky, very soft carbonation. Very good.
