On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Almost black coloured, medium sized pale beige head, mild chocolate in the nose. Sweet malty, chocolate, caramel, light nutty and rather sweet finish. Quite sweet overall.

Bottle at Unorthodox. Wow. Really rich and complex, yet finely balanced, smooth and silky, easy drinking. Malt centered, subtle deep roast, moderate chocolate, light toffeeish caramel. Salt barely noticeable, does not stand out. Very good.

Half-pint, on cask at Newcastle Tap. Shared with Finn. Black in the glass, patchy beige head, spotty lacing. Roasted earthy malts on the nose, hints of cocoa. Cocoa and sweet chocolate flavours. Mid-dry, sweet chocolate malty ending. Medium bodied. Like it. (08.02.2019).
