Lots of grapefruit, pine and resin. Caramel and lots of booze. Better than many of these super high alcohol IPAs. Not something I'd drink a lot of. Intense flavours here. Orange amber pour with good head. Bottle.

Clear amber body, thin off-white head. Nose sweet and boozy with pine, citrus peel, and berries. Body boozy and sugary with potent berries, sugared citrus rind, and pine. Warming alcohol notes. An old school hops-and-sugar bomb.

32oz crowler pours with a clear copper body that supports a thin near white head of foam. The aroma offers up slivers of pine hops and malts leading to a cloud of floral hoppiness. The taste delivers a pleasing blend of bitter pine hoppiness steeped in thick sweet malts and leading to an unmistakable bitter floral hops. This is chewy and deep and firmly bitter to the core and I'm liking it. The big ABV is very well hidden. Solid sipper.

Rating 5,000 - This amber brew has a rich aroma of citrus and resinous hops. The big, intense flavor is full of hops with plenty of citrus and pine character and a big, full malt backbone. This beer is a delicious hop bomb and for me lives up to the standards of the regular Two Hearted Ale.

12oz bottle from Shrubber85. Clear amber, lasting tight head. Malty, caramel, pine, dank. This what DIPAs are all about. A real classic

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle (bottle on Aust 19, 2020) from shrubber82 poured into a glass. Clear amber with medium white head. Aroma is caramel malt, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small-bubble lacing. Taste is herbal hops, caramel malt, and slightly bitter finish. This is how IPAs used to be.

Kind of like a barley wine. The aromas are lots of pine resin, citrus and apricot hops. Flavors are a lot like nose fairly sweet up front with massively growing bitter towards the end. Some bitter burn. Big beer.
