Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can, canned on May 4, 2018 poured into a glass. Hazy pale golden with medium white head. Aroma is grapefruit & coriander, medium body, medium carbonation, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is grapefruit peel, ginger, coriander, and dry finish. A little old.

Pale yellow with slight banana on the nose. Slightly sweet, Hefeweizen flavor with a funky finish. A little ginger spice taste.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish straw gold with a small head that dissipates quickly. Lemon zest, clove and light peppercorn on the nose. Thin body and watery on the palate. Some lingering clove and peppercorn flavors come out. Lingeirng peppercorn and lemon on the finish. The citrus comes off a little overdone and palate is just too watery.

Very bready witbier, with a noticeable yeasty middle and a subtle grapefruit bite on the back end. Ginger makes for a nice addition, and the dry finish keeps the vanilla-clove elements from dominating, but the fade is a bit dull and the texture’s on the watery side. Not bad, but it’s easy to find a better white ale.
