Hazy dark blond colour, white foam. Nose of banana, light citrus, wheat. Taste is sweet, banana, honey, fruity. Good Weizenbock.

EIn wirklich gut gelungener Weizenbock mit ausgezeichneten Aromenspiel. Die beworbenen Aromen nach überreifen Bananen kommen voll zum tragen, obwohl ich sie als noch gar nicht so überreif empfinden würde. Dazu einen feine Süße nach Malzzuckerl und eine erfrischende Hefigkeit mit ein paar kräuterigen Noten im Abgang. Hat mir wirklich gut gefallen.

Pours very cloudy, murky amber with a medium lasting head. Strong nose, overripe bananas, intense caramel, some bread on second tasting. Good carbonation but recedes quickly. I very much dislike this kind of label: full of loaded terms, unikathefe, Manufaktur, Chosen by a beer sommelier. Let the beer stand or fall on its merits. Speaking of which: the mouth disappoints. A good hit of alcohol and some hop bitterness, banana, yeasty bread, but still manages to be watery, thin. Middling.

Thuis uit een flesje. Troebel, mooi diep oranje kleur, stevig schuim. Redelijk zoet aroma, wat caramel en banaan. Smaak goed, de 8% blijft goed verborgen.

Bottle drunk while trying to photograph the comet. Therefore I have no idea what three beer looks like. Taste is caramel & bananas Foster, really nice! Not too sweet as Weizenbock often can be. Smooth, not too alcoholic, I like it.
