Hazy, amber color and a white head. NOse is citric, orange and grapefruit. Rather piney flavors.

(bottle, 33cl) Almost cloudy, orange-golden colour with a big and firm, slightly off-white foamy head. Moderately fruity hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and red berries. Mildly bitter and sweet flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Mildly malty base with hints of caramel, balanced berry-fruity and slightly citric hops character; dry-ish bitter-sweet finish with fruity and slightly resiny sweet hops. Quite soft IPA. 02.X.17

330ml bottle. Hazy, orangey dark golden to amber colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, slightly lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy aroma has notes of yellow stone fruit. Taste is slightly bitter and fruity hoppy, sweet-ish caramel malty basis, notes of yellow stone fruit, some pine; full body, oily to viscous texture, soft carbonation, creamy palate.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Kehrwieder SHIPA 2017 Ariana ].Clear medium orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, caramel, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity hops, mandarina - dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, licorice hops, sweet malt, sweet hops, pale malt, fruity hops, mandarine - dried fruit hops, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170909] 7-3-8-3-16

13-08-17 // bottle at Sixties Mainz. Pours a clear red golden beer with a small head. Fruity hoppy nose. Body is medium sweet malty, some caramel notes. Slight bitter fruity hop notes.

Hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is smooth and has reasonable fine carbonation. Mildly sweet malts, a trace of cream. Ariana hops bring a spicy ripe orange and orange peel. Touch of grapefruit. Some juicy but well buried tropical fruits. Light dry bitter finish. Another day, another new hop, Ariana seems quite bitter in this beer but with underlying fruit character.

Hotel beer. Pours cloudy orange, bit of sticky white foam. Aroma has citrus, bit of malty character plus some oxidised hops. Taste is fruit, lots of citric notes. Doesn’t really feel that fresh (although more than 6 months left of BBD) but still nice drinking.

Amber with medium beige head. Aroma is fine peach butter spicy cake. Taste is bitter hops with fresh sour touch. Incredibly bitter finish. Oily. Smooth. Not bad.

Tap. Clear copper color with white head. Aroma is caramely, resinous, some exotic fruits. Taste is caramely, resinous, piney, sticky. Oily mouthfeel. Quite sweet, but nice.
