Tap at BBF2015. Cloudy yellow, white lace. Almond milk, grainy green base, nice hops. Served a week or two too early.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly bready and mildly grainy malty aroma with a delicately citric hoppy touch. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm, if not a bit tame carbonation. Slightly grainy malt character with subtle fruity and slightly herbal accents; slightly sweet and restrained bitter hoppy finish with traces of caramel and herbal spice. Inoffensive, not overly exciting brew. 25.XI.14

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy light golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, little sweet, hay. Flavor is light sweet, malt, wheat, yeast, hay. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. 041214

Ein Bier, das ich in einer Markthalle in Berlin gekauft habe. Geschmacklich hätte ich es wohl nicht nach Norddeutschland gegeben, es errinnert stark an manch bayrisches Kellerbier. Es hat einen hefig-herben Kern und nur sehr leichte Hopfenansätze. Es liegt aber gut im Mund und lässt sich angenehm trinken. Nicht perfekt, aber durchaus gut.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldgelbes Bier mit ordentlichem Schaum. Geruch malzig, hopfig, grasig. Geschmack hopfig grasig, malzig, leicht würzig.

Bottle from Kihoskh. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 190214

Bottle. Pours hazy light yellow with airy but relatively stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with notes of hops. Sweetish, estery flavour, with malty and hoppy notes, ending on a heavy estery note again. Hints of metal. Rough aftertaste. Acceptable, but I have tasted better Zwickels.
