Bottle from Pivný raj Bit of an uninteresting marzen. Bit boozy, not really rich in term of flavor. Malty, grassy. Okay

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a clear bronze colour with a large foamy off-white head. Aromas of grains, hay, grass, straw, bread and hints of floral. Taste has more of the same notes, rather toasty with some sweet honey in there. Medium to full body, average carbonation and a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. One of the best Oktoberfest beers. Great

500ml bottle from the Offie, Leicester and drunk at home. Can't believe I've not rated this before. It pours a thin, clear amber/brown, with a tiny uneven layer of white head. Sumptuous caramel, doughy yeast, light floral character in the aroma. Taste is sweet, slightly spicy, more bread notes fading to a short finish with a tinge of hop bitterness. High carbonation. A very drinkable Oktoberfest beer.

Golden, clear, white foam. Malty aroma, slightly spicy hops, alcohol, cookies. Malty taste, slightly spicy hops, dense, slightly alcoholic, generally not bad.

Recht dunkle Farbe. Bit 5,8 % Alk. ein „Leichtgewicht“ unter den Oktoberfestbieren. Dadurch aber auch besonders süffig. Recht malzbetont. Man schmeckt außerdem etwas Frucht, florale Nuancen und Gewürze. Im Mittelteil kommt eine Note auf, die irgendwo zwischen strohig / trocken und gallig / bitter liegt. Das stört aber nur bei den ersten 2 - 3 Schlucken. Einen Hauch zu viel Kohlensäure.

Definitely one of the best in style, but still a bit of that harsh Oktoberfest style astringency. Graeff hamburg .3.4 dec 2019 Brecht ams.. great beer, a classic
