Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a dense and lacing white head. Very fruity and yeasty nose - bubblegum. Rich, fruity body, bit to the sweet side, lightly chalky/ashy, heavy bubblegum notes. There’s a slight late unclean note - fusty - but otherwise surprisingly good. 110417

Bottle. Cloudy dark orange golden with a small head and some lacing. Aroma of earthy apples. Taste is fruity, grapes, peaches, apricots and wheat. Only slightly yeasty. Dry finish. Strong carbonation. Reminds me of a dry white wine. Nice one. It’s missing the spiciness though. Btw the ladies I drank with thought it was a Pale Ale because of its fruitiness.

Blond colour with light haze and thin head. Aroma and flavour have typical saison spicy yeast. Sweetness comes through in the finish.

330ml bottle from Hopfen & Malz, Aachen. Pours a misty pale yellow, vibrant white head. Aroma is lightly sweet yeast and pale malts. Taste is saison yeast but with some unexpected earthy herbal notes, some coriander and spice come to attention, with a lightly metallic finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy straw with profuse and stable white head. Clear aroma of citrus and hops, wit malty and slightly funky touches. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour wit notes of hops and faint citric touches. Estery and malty, sweetish aftertaste. Low carbonation. Out of balance. Drinkable and not that bad, but not much in the way of real Saison.
