Flight at Rügener Insel-Brauerei. Comes with a hazy, golden color and a small white head. Earthy aroma with nice lemon and grapefruit-peel nose. Taste is fruity-crisp, lemon and some grassy flavors. Very nice bitter-dry finish.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow/orange. Huge head with some lacing. Earthy aroma of citrus fruits, straw and yeast. Taste is malty, fruity (mostly lemons with a little bit of grapefruit), grassy and finishes on a very dry note. Tart, bitter and slightly sweet. Medium carbonation. Refreshing. It's ok but I was expecting something else from a self-proclaimed Bitter/ESB. I'd consider it more of a Belgian Pale Ale actually.

Flasche (Insel Herb; 5,6 %) vom Edeka am Prager Platz, Berlin-Wilmersdorf. - Satt goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase schwacher zitrusfruchtige Hopfen (Grapefruit), zart säuerlich. - Antrunk wuchtig zitronig-hopfenbitter.
