Bottle @ De Molen Beershop. Pours clear golden with bubbles fading. Very complex and interesting nose and flavor. Cherries, flowers, apples, blossom and honey. Sweet and vinous but quite refreshing with a mild tart bite - balanced. Slick. Delicious!

Poured from a bottle it is a lovely blush color with no head. The aroma is tart cherry and the taste is sweet cherry with a light finish that resonates on the palate

From a16 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear pinkish gold with a scant white head. Aroma of cherries. Flavors of honey, apple and sweet cherries. Tasty with a sweet finish.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, red session. 03/05/2014. Attractive pink / orange rose wine looking pour. Aroma is bursting with fresh fruit, peach, blackcurrent, honey and carbonation. Flavour is crisp apple, tangy berry, fresh fruit, some rubber. Palate is semi-sweet refreshing, decent carbonation.

Bottle shared. Pours slight hazy pinkish golden brown with no head. Aroma of sweet apples, perry, cherries, spices, cinnamon and nutmeg and rhubarb. Flavor is over moderate sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Lovely!

500 ml bottle. Unclear pink/orange body practically whiteout any head. Aroma is more berries and fruit than honey, but there is a faint hint of honey here. Flavor is like a sweet cider with cherries and oranges. Some acidic berries but still too sweet for me. Quite refreshing served cold but the lack of honey flavor was a bit of a disappointment for me. Too sweet and sticky like soda pop after a while.
