Don’t follow the herd and enjoy this reinterpretation of an American pale ale. A refreshing profile with citric and floral notes in both flavor and aroma due to hop character. Dry and bitter finish with long aftertaste.

Sal del rebaño con esta reinterpretación de una american pale ale. De perfil pálido, refrescante con predominio de sabores y aromas tanto cítricos como florales debido a la carga de lúpulo. Final seco y amargo fiel a su estilo y con largo retrogusto.

Dorada anaranjada, turbia, bonita espuma abundante y blanca. Buen aspecto. Aroma no muy marcado, lupulado, notas cítricas. En boca tiene textura cremosa y trago fácil, bien de gas. El sabor tiene equilibrio con base cereal compensada con lúpulo herbal, y notas de pino. Seca. Amarga al final .

Golden colour. Quite a fresh, green hoppy aroma. Fairly well balanced yet unspectacular.

Small white head over clear old-golden beer. Bit grapey (muscat), also tad dusty; and more cornflakes, toasted. Bit perfumey, hops tasting as overload of EU, instead of C-hops, nettlecheese. Light to medium bodied. Again a case of misuse of hops, even when they are the right kind. In this way, they always taste oxydized, cheesy. Still, the beer remains quite drinkable.

nice clarity. a pale yellow with good lacing. Aroma of Simcoe, tense resinous hop aroma. It’s a sweet beer, some candy-like tastes, grapefruit and blood orange. piney finish. Solid mouthfeel but IBU is too high ofr me

330 ml. bottle split with Kraddel. BBF 3/15. Lot 140802. Hazy orange, little white head. Nose is sweet dough, faint soy, lightly floral, touch fish guts yeast, reminding me almost of DE yeast. Taste is bitter dough, plaster, bitter plastic, fish guts yeast, stale,… Thick plaster & yeast body. Chalky feel at the end & you feel like taking a bit bite of broken down yeast. This simply isn’t how an American Pale Ale should be, wrong yeast, too much of it, wrong malts, recipe etc. Nothing seems to work here.

Bottle, thanks teddybeer, small stable bubbly head, cloudy palish orange colour, light piney, flowery, citrusy aroma with some maltiness in the back, flavor of citrus, bread and a hint of honey with a medium flowery soapy bitterness. Nice APA.
